📚✨ Reading Council Visit to Sale Library ✨📚
Our Reading Council recently enjoyed a fantastic visit to the newly refurbished Sale Library 🏛️📖. The children loved exploring the bright new spaces and discovering everything a modern library has to offer.
During the trip, pupils visited the fascinating Cosgrove Hall film exhibition 🎬🎥, where they learned about the animation and creativity behind some well-known children’s programmes. It was exciting to see how stories can be brought to life on screen through characters, models and film making magic ✏️🎭✨.
The children also spent time speaking with the librarians 👩🏫📚, who shared what their role involves and how they help the community every day — from recommending great books 👍📖 to organising activities and supporting readers of all ages.
Our Reading Council asked thoughtful questions ❓💬, showed fantastic curiosity 🤔✨ and represented the school brilliantly ⭐👏.
A huge thank you to the wonderful team at Sale Library for welcoming us and inspiring our young readers 📚❤️. We came away with lots of ideas and even more excitement about reading! 🌟📖
