Neighbourhood Officer Naoshahi visited Greenside Primary School last week to discuss anti‑social behaviour, online safety, and cyber awareness with pupils.

The session aimed to help students understand how to stay safe, make positive choices, and recognise the impact their actions can have both in school and online.

If you are looking for something to do in the holidays then Mini Messy’s are running holiday camps around the Tameside area, including a brand new football camp at Curzon Ashton FC.

The camps are ran by staff and teachers from the Tameside Area including staff who work for Victorious Acadmies Trust and have had great feedback from parents and children!

Back due to popular demand....Chippy Day!!!

We had a real honour tonight of being presented with the Emma Toone Trophy on the pitch at Ashton United Fc at half time in the Manchester FA county cup final between Mancunian Unity and Cheadle Town! It was a great reward for the girls to celebrate their great achievement in becoming Tameside Champions and another memory for them and their families! Thanks to Emma for organising Tameside School Sports Partnership

Tomorrow, SATs will begin for our Year 6 children. We are so very proud of everyone and all the hard work they have done to get to this point.

🏆Tameside Girls Football Champions 🏆

Tonight our girl’s defeated Greswell Primary School in the Emma Toone Cup Final at Hyde United FC to become Tameside Champions! Greswell are a great team and we’ve had lots of high quality games against them but we came out on top 4-0 in front of some very excited parents and family members at a ground that has been home to Man United and Man City’s reserves in the past! It was also great for the girls to see Mr Hobson and who came back to support them!
We are so proud of the girls and yet another amazing achievement for school!!

Great effort from our netball team in the Tameside Finals tonight as we finished 5th! Thanks to Denton Community Academy for hosting and Greswell Primary School for winning!

Congratulations to our wonderful catering team who have retained their food safety and standards rating of 5! They all work so hard to ensure that our children get the best. Well done ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We’ve already had an amazing year of sporting success at Greenside but today pushed it even further as we became champions of Greater Manchester! We represented Tameside and took on schools from all 9 boroughs including Manchester, Trafford and Stockport! We won 7 out of 8 games and we are so proud of them!
