We are pleased to announce that, once again, we will be opening the school field gate as an alternative walking route to school.

Please note that access will be weather dependent, and we will continue to assess conditions throughout the school year. We are currently exploring funding opportunities to make the path permanent, creating a safer route that is suitable for cyclists, buggies, and pedestrians.

As the route crosses a field, there are some areas that may be uneven or slippery underfoot. We ask that all users take extra care when using the path.

We are extremely proud that the number of active journeys to school has increased year on year, and we are delighted to be teaming up with Living Streets once again to offer the WOW Travel Tracker badges, which reward pupils for travelling actively to and from school.

We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow (Monday).
