IELTS Listening Tip - try to read ahead on the question paper and be ready to answer two questions at once (not just one). Very often 2 answers come together and you need to be ready for them both. Remember to practice as much as you can. :-)

IELTS Tip:
''Timing is everything'' - especially in IELTS. Many students get caught out in the test because it is a battle against time. Always time yourself when doing your Speaking, Reading and Writing preparation. Remember, the later stages of the test are usually more difficult so time yourself and by doing so you will get used to working fast under pressure. Good luck and keep your timer handy..!

The following phrases should not be used in IELTS writing but can be used in IELTS speaking: I reckon / I suppose / From my perspective / If you ask me.
For IELTS Writing when expressing your opinion use: In my opinion / I think / I believe.

European Union nurses who want to work in the UK will in the future be required to pass an International English Language Testing System exam if they cannot prove they are proficient in using English, despite concerns about the test’s robustness.
