🐐🐄 FARM LIFE 🐄 🐐
Bear children enjoyed a trip to Wythenshawe Park and community Farm.
We enjoyed meeting and feeding the cows, pigs, sheep and goats.
We shared a picnic in the forest and saw bees collecting pollen and taking it into their hives to make honey.

🐟Gone Fishing🐟
Last week at Forest School, we headed down to the beach area by the river—and the children enjoyed it so much that we just had to go back again today!
There was lots of hands-on fun and exploring. We used fishing nets to see if we could catch any fish, dug in the sand with buckets and spades to build sandcastles, and had a go at skimming stones across the water, with some great attempts!
After all our adventures, we walked back up to our Forest School base to warm up with a delicious hot chocolate before heading back to nursery… and trying our best to get all the sand out of our wellies!

🌷Mini Gardeners Club 🌷
The children at Willow Tree have been learning how to care for plants, herbs and vegetables.
Today our bears have helped water the plants and shown a big interest in the colours of the petals and the roots.

🐰 Easter crafts at the care home 🐰
Our big owls took a trip this afternoon to the care home to visit some of the residents. They were getting into the Easter festivities so we joined in with some Easter crafts. The children made cards for each of the residents and then we sang some songs.
