Last night I opened my studio to beautiful, creative souls.
We painted. We connected. And we got grounded. The first Calm Art session was so beautiful. ✨🫶🏼

This is just a glimpse into our session.
I’m so excited to see how this journey unfolds for them.

The waitlist for the next calm Art course is now open. The link is in my bio if you’re considering it and want more info. Or if you’re keen to reserve a space.

You are not too late. 🫶🏼

Not to begin again.
Not to rediscover who you are.
Not to reconnect with your creativity.

That feeling of being lost… of knowing something is missing… of wanting to create but not knowing where to start? I know it deeply. Because I’ve been there too.

And I also know this:
✨ It’s not permanent
✨ It’s not who you are
✨ And it can change

Creativity isn’t something reserved for a select few. It’s a way back to yourself.

I’ve written a new piece on this: “You’re Not Too Late”, and if something in you has been quietly longing for more, I think it will resonate 🤍

My next Artist’s Way for retirees is open, and I would love to support you in finding your way back to your creative self.

✨ Contentment isn’t a destination - it’s a daily practice. ✨

It’s showing up for your creativity, even when it’s messy.
It’s taking a moment to breathe, to ground yourself, to regulate your nervous system.
It’s finding your people - your creative community who cheer you on, share your wins, and remind you why you create.

Small steps, repeated daily, are what bring the spark back to your practice and joy back to your life. 💛

If you’ve been waiting for permission to put yourself and your creativity first… this is it.

Sometimes the most radical thing you can do…
is slow down.

Not scroll faster.
Not squeeze more into the day.
Just sit with the morning light, a cup of something warm, and the quiet beauty around you.

Wildflowers on the table.
Soft curtains moving in the breeze.
A moment that belongs only to you.

We weren’t made to rush through life.
Beauty unfolds when we give it time.

If your soul is craving a slower rhythm -
a life with more creativity, softness and presence -
this is exactly what my art spaces are about.

✨ Is this your vibe?

“I’ve been thinking about joining The Artist’s Way for Retirement… but something’s holding me back.”

If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Many of us worry about being judged, feeling “too young,” or not being creative enough.

The truth is, people join for all sorts of reasons - curiosity, reclaiming joy, exploring a new chapter, or simply wanting a gentle space to reconnect with themselves.

This 12-week journey, inspired by The Artist’s Way, meets weekly in Didsbury. No artistic experience is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Sometimes the smallest question leads to the most meaningful next chapter.

✨ Bookings are now open. Link in bio.

P.S. Everyone comes for their own reasons, and everyone is welcome.
