WHAT'S STOPPING YOU? FEAR OF SUCCESS?⠀⠀
⠀⠀
This point can be for any thing in your life. I'm talking about What's stopping you from creating your own dish for him or her tonight?⠀⠀
⠀⠀
In order to overcome your fear of success you must do these six things: 1) Decide what dish you want to cook and Give yourself ample time to complete critical tasks on preparing your dish. 2) Guard your ‘success-already-in-progress’, and don’t engage in actions that thwart it. For example, make sure you don't change your mind last minute on the dish otherwise panic will set in. 3) Check up with key individuals what time they will be home so you don't over cook your chicken or if you are veggie your vegetables! 4. Get to the Finish - The Goal is to bring the dish together. Don't forget to taste taste taste your cooking as you go along. ⠀⠀
5) Consider the good books you will be in when you serve the dinner when they walk in the door! 6) Understand that to cook you must follow timings and respect ingredients if it says 1 splash of sesame oil don't go heavy handed. Trust me !⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Simples ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Go Be A Success in the kitchen. I'm right there if you need me (Sweet Mandarin Sauces that is) but if you want to really WOW your other half limited spots left for Sweet Mandarin Cookery School now. ⠀⠀

THE HARDEST THING YOU'LL EVER DO!⠀
⠀
The hardest thing you’ll ever do is to put others first and yourself second, because we intuitively look out for ourselves. Self-preservation is man’s first instinct - but it doesn’t work. Do you know how two goats respond when they meet on a narrow path above a river? They can’t turn back, and they can’t pass each other because they lack even an inch of spare room. The goats instinctively know that if they butt each other they’ll both fall into the river and drown. So how do they handle it? Nature has taught one goat to lie down so the other can pass over it; and as a result both animals survive and arrive at their destination safe and sound. Instead of seeing itself as a doormat to be walked on, the goat sees itself as a bridge to be crossed over. So it becomes a win-win. ⠀
⠀
So this is true for you. NEXT TIME you make a Sweet Mandarin Cantonese OK Chicken Wing make sure you share them don't eat them all yourself. And here’s the best part: every time you sacrifice in order to serve someone, you’re sowing seeds of blessing you will surely reap.⠀
⠀
I know it's the Hardest thing you'll ever do giving up that Chicken Wing but put yourself in their shoes.⠀
⠀
Chat over and out.⠀
Get Stuck in before they get cold.⠀

WHAT IT REALLY MEANS TO LOVE⠀
⠀
Some of the greatest insights on what it means to love someone come from the pen of the apostle Paul: ‘No matter what I say, what I believe, and what I do, I’m bankrupt without love. Love never gives up. Love cares more for others than for self. Love doesn’t want what it doesn’t have. Love doesn’t strut, doesn’t have a swelled head, doesn’t force itself on others, isn’t always “me first,” doesn’t fly off the handle, doesn’t keep score of the sins of others, doesn’t revel when others grovel, takes pleasure in the flowering of truth, puts up with anything, trusts God always, always looks for the best, never looks back, but keeps going to the end. Love never dies’ (vv. 3-8 MSG). ⠀
⠀
Peter had been married to Jean for twenty years. One night in bed she said, ‘When we were first married you used to buy my favourite food’ A little irritated, he says But you like Chinese and you can't have it now you're coeliac. ‘When we were young you used to snuggle up to me,’ Jean said. Even more slowly, Peter’s body creaks and turns, nestling against hers. ‘When we were young you used to nibble on my ear,’ she whispered. Abruptly he throws back the covers and jumps out of bed. Bewildered, Jean asks, ‘Where are you going?’ ‘To get my teeth!’ he grumbles. To nibble on an ear when you’re full of romance and bubbling hormones is one thing. To nibble on that same ear years later when it holds a hearing aid, when the scent in the air is vapour rub, and when you have to get up to get your teeth - that’s love!⠀
⠀
To cut a long story short Peter and Jean run the Coeliac Group in Penrith and inspired me to write this story. They have loved dining at Sweet Mandarin and drive hundreds of miles to keep the love alive with a gluten free Chinese meal. Nudge for Peter next step is to come on the gluten free Chinese cookery school.⠀
⠀
I 'm confident Jean will be so touched with your gluten free Chinese banquet.⠀

START WITH WHAT YOU'VE GOT!
This is a hot and sour soup.
Right and.....
You Drink it and You Love it
Yes and....
Growing up in the Chinese culture my mum (we say MOM like in USA) believes that soups are the key to staying healthy. A bowl of soup conjures up comfort.
There is a rich tradition behind the preparation of soup and cooking it is a culinary art that has been perfected over thousands of years. It's a deep routed and much-loved dish in Chinese cuisine so much so that if you get invited to a friend's home for soup then you know you have been accepted into their family.
So this is a Hot and Sour Soup prepared with the best Chinese stock, finely cut vegetables, silken tofu, some juicy prawns, slow roasted char sui pork, Sweet Mandarin sauces - can you guess which ones plus some Chinese seasoning.
This is a Sweet Mandarin Hot and Sour Soup - The Rolls Royce of Soups for testing chefs - wanna learn the technique?
Comment YES - i'll show MY technique and Recipe.
By the way this is Number 1 on the Menu! in case you just crave one
