Our COOK! team at the Great British Food Festival 🌿
Sam and Maz took to the stage, creating a Rosemary Beetroot & Puy Lentil Salad with hazelnuts and crispy cabbage. Simple, seasonal cooking at its best.
A great event to be part of, and we really enjoyed it. We’re already looking forward to our next time on stage at Wentworth Woodhouse in August. 💚

A fantastic weekend at the Great British Food Festival at Arley Hall, Cheshire! 🙌
Our masterclass gave festival goers the chance to learn how to make Steamed Bao with Bulgogi Style Crispy Oyster Mushroom, Kimchi Slaw and Asian Instant Pickle.
From steaming the perfect bao to building bold flavours and garnishing each bun to perfection, it was an hour full of hands-on learning and delicious plant-based inspiration.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and made it such a fun session. We loved cooking with you all. 💚

What a brilliant day at Merseyside Vegan Festival Liverpool (Vegan Events UK )! 💚
We brought the humble cabbage centre stage with a delicious demo featuring:
