E-ACT Blackley Academy

🌟 Tomorrow, we say goodbye to our wonderful Year 6 pupils as they leave E-ACT Blackley Academy for the very last time.

We’d love to invite all Year 6 family members and friends to join us as we roll out the red carpet at 3:15pm sharp. Come along to the KS2 entrance and help us give our pupils the send-off they deserve with a final round of applause as they begin the next exciting chapter of their journey.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make it happen – our organisers, food shoppers, BBQ chefs, gazebo providers and quiz master. Your time and effort were so appreciated, and the staff thoroughly enjoyed the it!

This morning your child selected two beautiful books from this huge selection of brand new/lightly used books. Thank you once again to the Children's Book Project for providing our pupils with books for them to enjoy over the holidays. Happy reading!!!!

We're looking forward to a fun-filled Inflatable Day this Monday! The school field will be full of bouncy castles for the children to enjoy.

The children in EYFS, Year 1 and Year 5 loved watching Pinocchio, enjoying every moment of the magical performance. After the show, our Year 5 pupils also took part in an exciting workshop, where they explored the story, learnt about theatre techniques and had lots of fun getting involved.

A wonderful day full of laughter, creativity and unforgettable memories! 🌟

Two of our community care ambassadors Ruby and Freya worked so so hard a few weeks ago to raise money for the local care home. The girls spent their own time making phone cases, sweet bags and many other things to sell and have donated a grand total of just over £200 to Blackley Premier Care home. They have said they’ll put it to a day out for the residents! We’re so proud, girls! Well done!
