✔️ Managing referrals & multi-agency partnerships

✔️ Budget oversight with real strategic input

About You

You’re already an experienced Registered Manager (or a strong Deputy ready for progression) who:

🎓 Holds Level 3 Residential Childcare (Essential)
🎓 Holds Level 5 Leadership & Management (or working towards)
📌 Has 2+ years’ residential experience (within last 5 years)
📌 Has at least 1 year in a senior/management role
📌 Understands safeguarding and EBD inside out
📌 Wants more than just “keeping the home afloat”
