Frederick Road is currently closed due to a fire incident.
Access to the University Frederick Road car parks is available via Statham Street (Mary Seacole entrance), where the barrier will remain up.
The University bus continues to operate as normal but is subject to significant delays.
We expect Frederick Road to be closed for most of the day.
Updates will be provided from during the day.

Message for students: Due to the water fault which led to the closure of the Clifford Whitworth Library (now reopened), the deadline for student assignments due to be submitted on Tuesday 10 February and Wednesday 11 February has been extended to Thursday 12 February at 4.00pm.

WATER SUPPLY UPDATE: Unfortunately the Lady Hale, Cockcroft, Chapman and Newton buildings, and the Library, will be closed tomorrow due to the water supply failure.
We've been working hard to try and sort out the problems as soon as we can but, unfortunately, no Computing, Science & Engineering, Environment & Life Sciences or Built Environment lectures will take place tomorrow (Tuesday).
Thanks to all students and staff for your patience - we're really sorry for any inconvenience caused.
