Squirrels class have been engaging in Level 3 Attention Autism work, they incorporated Arts Week into this session and enjoyed group work painting.

Cedar class have been enjoying a jungle-themed sensory story, Walking in the Jungle, brought to life through a range of different stimuli. They have also engaged in Easter-themed water play and art activities, developing their fine motor skills and mark making using plastic eggs.

Daisies class celebrated World Maths Day. The children explored a sensory story where they visited the number forest, discovering numbers from1-5. The children completed number and shape themed independent work, as well as engaging in a shape matching posting activity.

This week children in Daffodils class have been celebrating Arts week with a whole range of creative activities. The children have enjoyed exploring music sessions, sensory spray art and ice painting. This week, the music theme for Daffodils class has been Country music, all children have had fun listening, moving, and dancing along to tracks of famous singers. As the week progressed, children decorated their classroom door with sparkly cowboy boot artwork to match the theme.

Children in Rabbits class have been busy following instructions this half-term. They independently followed a visual prompt to find a specific piece of Numicon from a wide choice, everyone did really well.

It really is great event. Entrance is FREE and open to ANY parent carer or young person in Salford who has or may have SEND - and no, you don't need a diagnosis to attend. Families can build confidence, gain clarity, and meet others who understand their journey. With a wide range of organisations and lots to do under one roof, Salford’s SEND Information Day makes finding help simpler, more accessible and empowering for families across our community

Children in Crickets Class have been celebrating the festival of Holi by exploring bright and vibrant colours during our mark‑making session. The children enjoyed experimenting with a wide range of colours and creating marks using different materials. They also explored a tuff tray filled with colourful sensory resources, encouraging them to touch, scoop, and discover a variety of textures
