Our trainees have now completed the Developing Phase of their training! This marks the halfway point in their journey to becoming confident, skilled primary teachers.
Over this phase they have built on the foundations from the autumn term, taken on more responsibility in the classroom, and begun to refine the strategies that make a real difference to pupil learning. From planning and delivering longer sequences of lessons to strengthening their subject knowledge and applying new approaches with growing independence, their progress has been fantastic to see.
They now move into the next stage of their training in a new placement school with a strong sense of momentum and a clear understanding of what great teaching looks like in practice. We cannot wait to see what they achieve next.
