Back Jack for Education

Well done Comrades! Out of 18 candidates I came a very strong 3rd despite fighting a standing Labour left candidate, against all the odds we were in the running and did a fantastic job. Although I didn't win we did an amazing job as a campaign team. My eternal thanks to Socialist Students who I ran for an as a society really pulled their weight! I am leaving this year but I'm sure that Socialist Students and radical left ideas can grow from this. At the end of the day we worked hardest and we got an excellent result, if I won of course that would have given us a boast but at the end of the day it's about the movement for free education, Socialism and fighting the Tories and in the end we are in good stead to do that. Solidarity and keep fighting.

Solidarity and thanks to all my mates who helped out. I will be staying in Manchester and fighting the struggle for Socialism whatever my future. Fight oppression with all your might! Crush the evils of capital and drink hard!

More great work today. We're nearing the end of the election period now and despite all the hard work and an NHS picket this morning I'm still feeling fresh and ready for the final campaign push!
