🐠 A visit to the aquarium sparked a sea-themed learning adventure at Partou Chiltern Avenue Day Nursery & Pre-school in Amersham!

Together, the children explored different sea animals, discussed their features and movements, practised counting skills, and brought their ideas to life through artwork.

Nursery Manager Lizzie Hodges said:

"It's so valuable to respond to and explore children's real-life experiences in the moment. Sharing with each other is teaching each other, regardless of how old we are!"

✈️ What an amazing adventure for the children at Partou Woodlands Halton!

During a special visit to RAF Halton, children had the rare opportunity to get up close to a military aircraft and learn all about how it works from Station Warrant Officer Jerry McGuire.

Nursery Manager Emily Brown said:

"The children were able to learn and understand about their community and people who keep them safe."

💜 Celebrating friendship and giving back to our community 💜

Children and team members at Partou Gingerbread House Day Nursery & Pre-School welcomed Caroline Bridges from South East Cancer Help Centre on International Friendship Day.

The visit gave children the opportunity to learn about kindness, compassion and supporting those around us, while proudly sharing their purple tie-dye T-shirts, friendship bracelets and artwork created for the charity.

Senior Deputy Manager Jessica Pais said:

"It was a wonderful opportunity for our children to celebrate friendship while learning about kindness, compassion, and the importance of supporting people in our local community."

A big thank you to South East Cancer Help Centre for visiting and for the incredible work they do to support people affected by cancer across the local area. 💜
