The Nature of Wellbeing. The beginning of something new... ๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŒธ

Last week I started working with and helping out on this lovely project. It's all about how and what we can learn from nature to improve wellbeing for ourselves and for others.

We are working with a group of students from a diverse range of courses at through . From criminology to filmmaking to economics. I am still a student myself at so this is an exciting project for me to be working on! โœจ

Over the coming weeks I'll be sharing some visuals that come from our weekly discussions and my/our independent research ๐ŸŒฟ

This is Tolerante Bird, by Fares Cachoux ๐Ÿฆ Part of the Tolerance Posters I saw on a bridge across the Danube in Bratislava, by artist-activist Mirko Iliฤ‡. 'The Tolerance project starts a conversation about inclusion, which can only begin with a foundation of tolerance. In a world increasingly split by race, religion, sexuality and national origin, the show utilises the unique power of design to remind us what we all have in common.'

I love this poster design and what it shows. The connection we have with nature and how unlikely relationships and friendships are made. I'm not sure if I agree that inclusion can oonly begin with tolerance, but it's a powerful exhibition that sparks a lot of thought and feeling. And I'm definitely passionate about people uniting ๐Ÿค through art or compassion or difference or anything! There are many other posters - I've included a few of the ones I took pictures of but it's worth looking up! ๐ŸŒž see more about it on

A day spent at my childhood home picking fresh oregano and strawberry leaves in the garden, which we made into tea ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿต (just add herbs to hot water, strain and add a spoonful of honey) Something I learnt in Liลกov, Slovakia from a local herbalist called Tatiana ๐ŸŒฑโœจ
