I Bulked from November - February and got really good results! πŸ˜„πŸ™ŒπŸΎ.

All I had to do in order do get bigger was increase my caloric intake and start doing some serious heavy lifting, trying to really push myself in each and every workout session.

Now, I'm not as thick anymore which made me kinda insecure 🀭 but don't worry cause if I could do it once I can surely do it again 😀. What I learnt from this bulk was that I'm a lot stronger than I thought I was and that I'm sexy asf when I'm on +85kg... I'm still sexy now but not asf πŸ€·πŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ.

I train because I love being better! πŸ‘ŒπŸΎπŸ˜™.

I want to be stronger, faster, healthier, smarter, more able, more desirable, I want to be the best version of myself. In addition to reading books, listening to podcasts and making research, I challenge and test my mind through training also. It helps build discipline, courage, confidence, humility, tolerance, it can indeed help you live a happier life.

I've now officially shifted my buisiness from Personal training, to Online training! πŸ₯³πŸŽ‰.

As some of you might know, only three weeks ago I left my job as a personal trainer and gym instructor at The Gym Group Fallowfield. I did it mainly because I felt like I had hit a plateaux in both my professional and personal life, the repetitiveness of everything was getting to me and I felt trapped and enslaved by my work. In summary, the reward was not worth the sacrifices and efforts anymore. Something had to change, well how about everything?

I now find myself in France, living in the country side, moving from location to location in search of new knowledge and experience. I'm looking to stay in this country for a couple years until I feel like it's time to move on. With this new life that I'm living now, switching to Online training seems like the best next course of action.

As your Online coach I can provide you with my knowledge and experience to teach and help you achieve your desired goals. I'll be there to guide you and orientate you through each step, I'm also going to challenge you and hold you accountable of your desicions and actions. My Zumba family!!! ❀πŸ₯³πŸŽ‰πŸŽŠ.

Nothing but smiles, jokes, fun, silliness and happiness! I always go in with a smile and come out with an even bigger one πŸ˜†. And I always catch my self after every class, reminiscing about the silly stuff we did and how much fun me had. Every time I'm reminded of the class or think about it, a big smile begins to emerge on me.

I'm greatful for everyone that has supported me through this journey, and a special place in my heart belongs to those who signed up for the class and try their best to come week after week 😒❀.

I look forward to this every single week πŸ˜† It's so much fun, everyone's happy and on a good mood. Plus were all burning a s**t ton of calories πŸ₯΅. You don't need to know how to dance to be able to do Zumba. I myself sometimes forget the moves πŸ€·πŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ ask anyone πŸ˜….

It is on every Saturday at 10:30. Your first class is free so come check is out! This week we will be doing salsa πŸ’ƒπŸ½ takata!

First boxing session! 🀩.

Boxing is a really technical discipline to learn, there's a lot of things that can be done wrong and it is important to learn how to do it properly from the start in order to avoid complications in the future.

So for our first session we learnt, body positioning, how to travel and we also learnt how to throw a jab and a cross. Learning each individual part wasn't very hard but putting them all together is where the challenge resided. We stayed patient and took things slowly and eventually Rosi started to get a good feel of what she was doing which then helped to start to assimilate the new techniques she'd just been taught.

Leading up to the session I was really exited because for me there's nothing more rewarding than teaching someone something from scratch and I can also see her enthusiasm which makes me all the more enthusiastic. I always try to make my sessions playfull and interactive. We both had a lot of fun and I can't wait for our next session! πŸ˜†.

Keith's journey is truly inspiring, his determination to achieve his goal and his work ethic are unmatched. From one day to another he went from living an unhealthy lifestyle to eating clean and training regularly and up until today he is still maintaining that healthy diet and going to the gym on a regular basis! Throw back to training kickboxing w/ πŸ’₯πŸ₯Š.

Throwing kicks is something I really enjoy doing and I would love to get better at. Kicking properly requires good balance, coordination, and a lot practise. And I also came to realise that both my leg muscles and my core were being strengthened during the process.

If you've never done a combat training before I highly recommend you to try it out.

Elenora made me really proud with her work ethic and her determination. She did everything I instructed her and really pushed her limits. We mainly did on our workouts high intensity circuit training, and that supplemented with a healthy and balanced diet helped us achive such results. The journey doesn't end here as there is still a lot of progress to be made! 😀.

First Zumba class was a huge success πŸ₯³πŸŽ‰πŸŽŠ.

It took me a lot of preparation but it did pay off big time ☺. Everyone burnt a lot of calories, danced, got lost, danced some more and most importantly they were all really happy at the end and told me they had lots of fun which proves to me that it was a success πŸ™ŒπŸΎ.

The classes will be running every Saturday at 11:00 πŸ‘πŸΎ feel free to come try it out!
