I Bulked from November - February and got really good results! πππΎ.
All I had to do in order do get bigger was increase my caloric intake and start doing some serious heavy lifting, trying to really push myself in each and every workout session.
Now, I'm not as thick anymore which made me kinda insecure π€ but don't worry cause if I could do it once I can surely do it again π€. What I learnt from this bulk was that I'm a lot stronger than I thought I was and that I'm sexy asf when I'm on +85kg... I'm still sexy now but not asf π€·πΎββοΈ.

I train because I love being better! ππΎπ.
I want to be stronger, faster, healthier, smarter, more able, more desirable, I want to be the best version of myself. In addition to reading books, listening to podcasts and making research, I challenge and test my mind through training also. It helps build discipline, courage, confidence, humility, tolerance, it can indeed help you live a happier life.

I've now officially shifted my buisiness from Personal training, to Online training! π₯³π.
As some of you might know, only three weeks ago I left my job as a personal trainer and gym instructor at The Gym Group Fallowfield. I did it mainly because I felt like I had hit a plateaux in both my professional and personal life, the repetitiveness of everything was getting to me and I felt trapped and enslaved by my work. In summary, the reward was not worth the sacrifices and efforts anymore. Something had to change, well how about everything?
I now find myself in France, living in the country side, moving from location to location in search of new knowledge and experience. I'm looking to stay in this country for a couple years until I feel like it's time to move on. With this new life that I'm living now, switching to Online training seems like the best next course of action.
As your Online coach I can provide you with my knowledge and experience to teach and help you achieve your desired goals. I'll be there to guide you and orientate you through each step, I'm also going to challenge you and hold you accountable of your desicions and actions. My Zumba family!!! β€π₯³ππ.
Nothing but smiles, jokes, fun, silliness and happiness! I always go in with a smile and come out with an even bigger one π. And I always catch my self after every class, reminiscing about the silly stuff we did and how much fun me had. Every time I'm reminded of the class or think about it, a big smile begins to emerge on me.
I'm greatful for everyone that has supported me through this journey, and a special place in my heart belongs to those who signed up for the class and try their best to come week after week π’β€.

Elenora made me really proud with her work ethic and her determination. She did everything I instructed her and really pushed her limits. We mainly did on our workouts high intensity circuit training, and that supplemented with a healthy and balanced diet helped us achive such results. The journey doesn't end here as there is still a lot of progress to be made! π€.
