Did you know that any new childminders / childcare providers, that register through an agency like Tiney - the government will give you £1200 ?
Nope not a loan - it’s a grant that you don’t pay back !!!!!

They say to be the change that you need to see !

As a single parent not able to work lates / early mornings or night shifts; and as there was no overnight childcare that was ofsted registered available at all, my dream career was completely put on hold for over 10 years !!
😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔

Ironically and thankfully covid🦠 brought me the opportunity to start the wheels in motion in 2019/2020 but I have still thereafter been on hold for the last 2 years until this September - due to childcare issues again!

Therefore I figured enough is enough !

I was always inspired by Jennie Johnson MBE ( founder of kids allowed) - who revolutionised day care as she couldn’t find somewhere she would be happy for her own children to go to ….. it is time for me to take a leaf out of her book ! 🤩💖

I decided to parter with an absolutely fantastic and very supportive childcare agency called Tiney , to be able to revolutionise overnight childcare and make it available to all !

Tiney have been by my side every step of the way over this last year and really shared my vision to further revolution the types of chilcare available - and guided me through all the training and paperwork 📑 🫨📑🫨📑🫨📑- I simply couldn’t have done it without them !

I’m now up and running 🏃‍♀️ - and looking forward to being able to support parents who have faced the same issues as myself!

This will also benefit services like the NHS🩺🥼🩻👩‍⚕️and the emergency services 🚑🚒🦺🆘🚓🏥🚨‼️
They will be able to retain amazing staff by the way of parents who can now follow a career they deserve ! !
