𝗜 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗜 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗹𝘁 🤷🏼‍♀️⁣

Not like a settle down with a house and 2 kids adult (that’s still not my plan yo).⁣
⁣
But I never felt I would be able to feel fully in control of my life.⁣
⁣
I had spent so long trapped with traumatised feelings from childhood and hiding so much of my self away that it felt impossible to be embodied in my authority.⁣
⁣
I was constantly people pleasing.⁣
Constantly manipulating my way out people pleasing.⁣
Constantly a victim to my people pleasing.⁣
⁣
Like a child wanting to please their parents.⁣
Like a puppy submitting to their owner.⁣
⁣
I never felt like I could be the one in charge of my life.⁣
⁣
UNTIL…⁣
⁣
I went deep into my Puss.y Magic.⁣
Deep into my self-restoring through access to my cycle.⁣
⁣
Because that’s what this work is.⁣
⁣
A restoration of self.⁣
⁣
It is not an invitation to become whole or healed.⁣
⁣
It is an invitation of remembering your innate power, your innate divinity.⁣
⁣
And then doing the often disgustingly uncomfortable work of restoring yourself to this place.⁣
⁣
It’s not easy.⁣
But it is.⁣
⁣
It’s not fun.⁣
But it is.⁣
⁣
It’s not for everyone,⁣
But it is.⁣

It is everything and nothing because that’s exactly what your cycle teaches you.⁣

How to be full of everything one day and empty in the void the next.⁣

Your cycle works so f*cking efficiently for you if you take a moment to stop running from it and start connecting with it.⁣

Stop telling women to change their lives to avoid being r***d or sexually assaulted.⁣

Stop telling us to keep ourselves safe… what do you think we are already fu***ng doing.⁣

75% of cases are from someone who is known to the victim.⁣
⁣
I knew both of the people who sexually assaulted me, when I was a child and an adult.⁣
⁣
F**K OFF and leave us alone and go after the people who are ACTUALLY the perpetrators of these crimes. ⁣
⁣
And if you are someone who has been victim blaming women, please kindly f**k off too.⁣
⁣
The reason I kept my mouth shut for so many years was because I was not believed when I shared my experience and told I shouldn’t have been drunk and shouldn’t have fallen asleep in someone’s bed.⁣

My body is mine.⁣
⁣
It is not a gift to you.⁣

It is not something you can take when you feel like.⁣
⁣
And is certainly not something you can have just because you had it once before.⁣

We are the women who are too much.⁣

Too much for the people who are too little.⁣

I won’t dim my light to make yours feel brighter, that’s not how it works.⁣

I shine bright and fierce.⁣

Like the fires that tried to kill us.⁣

The flames that licked at our too muchness.⁣

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝘂𝘀𝘀𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿 😻⁣

You see your P***y is your root, your base, your grounding. ⁣
⁣
✨She is where your trust lies.⁣
⁣
✨She is where your basic needs of survival and stability and security lie.’⁣
⁣
✨She is where you feel safe and comfort.⁣
⁣
Without her turned on and tuned in, we can never expand and evolve into the next level.⁣
⁣
She protects us by making sure we are safe first and foremost.⁣
⁣
So what happens if don’t heal our basic needs?⁣
⁣
We can’t rise.⁣
⁣
I knew for so many years I had issues with my root chakra.⁣
⁣
I did all the yoga poses, journaled, did meditations, chanting, mindfulness. I carried crystals, I ate the right foods.⁣
⁣
But nothing worked.⁣
⁣
Nothing until I faced my trauma and my se.xual shame.⁣
Faced my sexual assaults.⁣
Healed the cause of my distrust within myself.⁣
⁣
And then it all changed ⚡️⁣
⁣
All of a sudden I was clear.⁣
I was energised.⁣
⁣
I was f*cking FREE 💫⁣
⁣
My Shakti feminine energy was turned on.⁣
⁣
And that is when EVERYTHING started to change.⁣
⁣
But I wasn’t able to get there alone. ⁣
And girl did I try.⁣
⁣
You see shame doesn’t like to be seen 🙅🏼‍♀️⁣
⁣
But when you allow another Sister to hold you, and you allow the Sisterhood to see you... shame cannot live.⁣
⁣
So today I invite you to lean into your discomfort and ask your P***y what she needs.⁣
⁣
She will tell you 😻⁣
⁣

🙅🏼‍♀️That women can’t voice what they want in the bedroom?⁣

🙅🏼‍♀️Why women seek to ‘keep the peace’ and people please rather than expressing their true needs and desires?⁣
⁣
🙅🏼‍♀️That women put themselves last and sacrifice themselves for martyrdom?⁣

It is because we believe ourselves second best and so act accordingly.⁣

We believe that our power is less than.⁣

It is what we are taught after all.⁣

And it is an initiation so many of us failed to have.⁣

And it is also why so many of us seek acceptance and approval within the masculine.⁣
