I don't know about you- but this year feels different... the fresh start I didn't realise how much I needed!

I used to run on adrenaline and hustle- solving all the problems, managing every moving piece. I loved the challenge, but I also learned that not every opportunity deserves my energy.

So in this new chapter- I’m protecting my peace first. I've pulled together some wise words that have resonated recently & thought I would share to meet you where you are ☁️

1 month of Druva ✨️🚀

Stepping into a new industry can feel like a leap of faith, but the last 30 days as a Partner Marketing Specialist at Druva have been an incredible ride.

Coming into the SaaS/Data Resiliency space was a big shift for me, but the team here made that transition seamless. From day one, I’ve been welcomed with open arms, expert guidance, and a culture that truly values collaboration.

I’m already seeing how vital our partner ecosystem is to protecting data in a cloud-first world, and I couldn't be more excited to help drive that mission forward.

Huge thanks to my colleagues and partners for making month 1 so memorable. Here’s to many more! 🥂

Picking up Reformer Pilates has been a whole new challenge for me- but also a reminder to push past that the voice saying “you can’t” or "that's not for you".

I’m re-discovering my core strength- physically and mentally, one shaky rep at a time 🙌🏽

Stepping into something new isn’t easy, but showing up anyway is where the real progress begins.
