It's Friday! It's almost weekend, my weekend will start late this evening after I finish some psychoeducation.

I've had such a busy week this week, and here's some feedback from Wednesdays session.

Busiest January I've had as I embark on my 6th year of my business.

Business aims and values still driving me through...

• Psychoeducate the nation with simple explained strategies. If we understand it we can manage it better.

2026 - We go again 🧠

Psychoeducation workshops for 8-14 year olds.

We focus on four areas for young people. Actionable, thoughtful, emotional buffering, and most importantly, an element of FUN!
