King’s Hall College looked spooky this week! 🎃 We joined our lovely students and colleagues for some pumpkin carving fun; such a great way to celebrate Halloween together! 👻🕸️

Everything went better than I hoped 💛
Students loved it, and so did I! Such an exciting new way to learn 🐝

امسال با آمدن پاییز عجله‌ای ندارم.
نه در خانه زود سراغ لباس‌های گرم می‌روم،
نه زودتر از موعد شوفاژ را روشن می‌کنم،
و نه بیرون از خانه خودم را در لایه‌های ضخیم پنهان می‌کنم.
اجازه می دهم سرما آرام‌آرام تا عمق استخوانم نفوذ کند.
باید تغییر فصل را با بند بند وجودم احساس کنم.
مقاومت بی‌فایده است.

This year, I’m in no hurry to meet autumn.
I don’t reach for my warm clothes too soon,
nor do I turn on the heating before its time.
Outside, I no longer hide beneath heavy layers.
I let the cold slowly seep into my bones.
I must feel the change of season
with every fibre of my being.
Resistance is futile.
