I’m Emily. Personal trainer for the mind 💪🧠 (and soon for the body, too!)
As a Coach I help people create happier, healthier lives for themselves. So they can feel better about who they are and what they choose to do!

Can’t quite believe we made it to Thailand 🇹🇭✈️
This time in life feels weird doesn’t it?
With everything always hanging in balance. A constant state of flux. Will it happen? Won’t it happen?
It’s not been a normal holiday build up because of Covid. Not really knowing if it would happen until 1 day before. It’s been a lot to mentally and literally prepare for too.
I am now so grateful and happy to be here. It’s such a beautiful place.
We’re already seeing and hearing how hard Thailand has been hit by the pandemic. Many places here are closed and the Thai community and westerners who live here have really struggled.
We’re going to support them as much as we can while we’re here 🤍
I’m also so ready to…
Soak up all the nature 🌴
Enjoy the peace and quiet 😌

All the things that boost our wellbeing and happiness. And things we need in everyday life. I get it I’m in Thailand so it’ll come easier for me. So it might feel harder for you.
This is a gentle reminder though that it is possible for you to build the above into your life too. It’s what I now help others to do too through my coaching.
The last two years have been a rollercoaster with lots of personal and professional challenges. I am so proud of what myself and my partner have got through and how we’ve kept going.
I am proud of you too and whatever you’ve been through. Try to be proud of yourself too.

This time of year can be tough.

Very excited to announce a specially created workshop to help you learn more about your relationship with stress and how to regulate it.
Through mindset, movement and rest.
Co-hosted with my wonderful friends and colleagues: Eirian Collinge .yoga and Dr Jessicarr Moorhouse .mcr 😌
Physiologically, stress responses are interwoven with emotions, immune function, thoughts, breath and movements - so it’s important understand our unique body responses in order to self-regulate.
During this workshop we will explore a range of accessible and creative techniques to help you build resilience to stress.
