As always, are running their Easter holiday club at our school and spaces are limited! There will be a free lunch provided for all children along with lots of fun activities including Easter egg competitions, egg hunts and chocolate goodies! Make sure to book on asap, if you havenβt already, to avoid disappointment. The club is running from Tuesday 7th April - Friday 10th April. π

Y5 had the best time on their trip to The Manchester Museum! The trip was linked to their history learning unit about Ancient Egypt. The children were able to look at and touch ancient Egyptian artificats and they also had an opportunity to learn about a real Egyptian mummy! They were very lucky to be able to see the mummy as she might be moved back to Egypt! How amazing?! ππ€©

Nursery had a wonderful time on their trip to Smithills Farm! The children were fortunate to enjoy lovely weather, which made the day even more special. It was a fantastic opportunity for them to engage with nature and learn about farm life in an enjoyable setting. ππ΄ππ¦

ππOur Student Council continued their amazing intergenerational project! They collaborated with the residents to create drawings and paintings of the local area using watercolours. Their artwork featured Heaton Park, Blackley Forest and our school itself. The residents remarked on how wonderful the children were and expressed their anticipation for the sessions, with one resident stating that it was the most joyful time of her year so far. We are SO pleased to hear. π₯°ππ
