I'm thrilled to announce I will be collaborating with BHA for Equality for an important sensual dance workshop for women in the Black Caribbean community.
We're coming together to use sensual dance to create a safe and supportive space for women to reflect and talk openly about s*x, sensuality, s*xual health and relationships.
During our event, we'll explore different techniques for tapping into your sensuality, and use intentional movement to help you connect with your body on a deeper level. We will also be trying to understand how our thinking and experiences around s*x and relationships are coming up in our bodies before discussing what good s*xual health and healthy relationships might look like for us as individuals.
We want to create a supportive environment where we can celebrate our bodies and empower each other to take control of our s*xual health.
We believe that every woman deserves access to s*xual health information, resources, and support and through this workshop aim to create positive change in our community.
