If you don’t simply your body with a sufficient hydration level then you’ll be unable to perform to your best in the gym and your day to day life.
Drinking enough water a day is crucial for many reasons such as:

* It assists in flushing toxins and wastes out of our bodies through urination.
* Keeps skin healthy.
As a general rule, we should be consuming a minimum of 6-8 glasses a day. This can increase by factors such as:
* Age.
* Exercise.
* Alcohol.
* Illness.
* Temperature.
Tips/tricks to ensure you’re getting enough fluid a day:
* Get a 1litre water bottle so you can keep track of how much you’re drinking throughout the day.

Nathan is my online client and is new to training. He came to me because he wanted help with losing weight.
Nathan started at 14st 8lbs and in the second picture sits at 13st! A MASSIVE 22lbs dropped!!.
By simply moving more and adjustments to his daily diet he’s absolutely smashed his goals!
You don’t have to cut everything out all at once, everything in moderation.
Well done Nathan you’ve smashed it, now onto the next phase 👀.

17st 8lbs - 14st!!
MASSIVELY proud of nick who has been working with me since the gyms reopened.
Nick came to me after years of partying and neglecting his diet wanting to make a change to better himself and be more energetic for his son.
We started by educating nick on the basics of nutrition and not putting him on some stupidly restricted diet! Simply increasing his protein /water levels and making better choices for meals.
Nick has a daily step target (which he smashes out the park most days!) and trains with me twice a week whilst working off a plan on his own throughout the week.
Nick has gone on to lose 22.6kg!!!!!!!
Not only has he shredded a s**t ton of weight he’s made massive gains in strength!
Nick started on - currently on
hack squat: 10kg for 12 - now 110 for 5!
Leg press: 120kg for 5- 170kg for 6
DB bench press 14kg for 10 - 26 for 8.
This is just the start!!! Can't wait to see what the next few months bring for you buddy, absolute honour to be a part of your journey❤️
