In the UK 1 in 4 men and 1 in 5 women will develop a form of skin cancer at least once in their lifetime. Over 250,000 cases of non-melanoma skin cancer are diagnosed annually in the UK with rates predicted to reach almost 400,000 per year by 2025

We all know that excessive sun exposure without SPF is bad for our skins but did you 👀 know that even in the UK when we pretty much NEVER see sun 🌞 we are still exposed to harm UVA rays? These rays go through the clouds ⛅️ and windows 🪟

UVA penetrates deeper into the skin and UVA is everywhere during daylight hours

UVB penetrates and damages the outermost layers of your skin. Overexposure causes suntan, sunburn and, in severe cases, blistering
