Melanoma is the most serious type of skin cancer because it can spread quickly. It can occur in both younger and older people. Symptoms of melanoma include a mole that changes in size, shape, or color, or a mole that develops new symptoms like pain, itching, or bleeding. If you suspect you have melanoma, it’s important to see a dermatologist right away for a diagnosis and treatment plan. Feeling Tired? You may have sleep Apnoea!

Ever wake up gasping for air or feeling super tired even after a full night's sleep? This could be a sign of sleep apnea! It happens when your airway gets blocked during sleep, interrupting your breathing and messing up your sleep quality.

What you can do:

Lifestyle tweaks: Ditch the ci******es , lay off the nightcaps , and maybe even shed a few pounds (if your doctor recommends it!).

️ Positional therapy: Sleeping on your side instead of your back can make a big difference ️➑️

CPAP machine: This nifty device uses a mask to keep your airway open while you sleep (think Darth Vader, but for better breathing!) ‍

Oral appliance: This mouthpiece helps hold your airway open

Surgery: In severe cases, surgery might be an option to open up your airway βœ‚οΈ
