We’re incredibly proud to announce that 7 of our Early Years Apprentices have successfully completed their End-Point Assessment - and every single one passed first time, with an amazing 85% achieving a Distinction! 🏅

This is a fantastic achievement and a real reflection of the hard work, dedication and commitment our learners have shown throughout their apprenticeships.

As part of our wellbeing programme, we recently took some time out to enjoy a walk around Thrybergh Country Park, followed by some well-deserved ice cream! 🌿🍦
It was a great opportunity to step away from the usual work environment, connect with colleagues and enjoy some time together.

Looking after our people is an important part of creating a positive and supportive team 💜

Our first Apprentice of the Month! 🌟

A huge congratulations to Evie, our very first Apprentice of the Month! 🎉💛

Evie first joined us to complete our Early Years Skills Bootcamp, where she showed real motivation, enthusiasm and dedication from the very beginning. She then went on to start her Early Years apprenticeship, continuing to show that same commitment and passion.

We’re so proud to see how far Evie has come and all the hard work she has put in along the way. 👏

A big thank you to the team at Little Cobs Daycare for supporting Evie throughout her apprenticeship too! 🧸🌱

We love seeing our apprentices putting their learning into practice, and these photos of Katie are a lovely example! 🧸🌈

They give a little glimpse into Katie’s time at nursery, from building positive relationships with the children to supporting their learning and development as part of her apprenticeship.

A big thank you to the wonderful team at The Curiosity Cottage Nursery for supporting Katie throughout her apprenticeship and providing such a positive environment for her to learn and develop. 🫶
