You don’t need a new life. You need a new starting point. ❤️

Maybe you’ve been feeling stuck.

You know you want to make changes, but you don’t know where to start. Your motivation comes and goes, life gets busy, and before you know it, another week has passed.

But what if changing your life didn’t mean changing everything?

What if it started with something as simple as moving your body a little more, creating one better habit, and having someone there to keep you accountable?

That’s where I come in. 💪

I help women who feel stuck in a rut to build confidence, improve their daily habits and create real change through small, manageable steps and exercise.

You don’t have to be fit.
You don’t have to feel motivated.
You don’t have to know exactly what you’re doing.

You just need to be ready to take that first step.

✨ Small changes.
✨ Daily accountability.
✨ A healthier, happier you.

If you’re ready to stop putting yourself last and start investing in yourself, send me “START” and let’s chat. ❤️

Nine and a half years ago, I made a decision that changed my life. I quit alcohol and ni****ne, and one of the biggest tools in my recovery journey was exercise.

When I first started, exercise wasn’t about getting fit or looking better. It was about finding a healthy way to deal with stress, cravings, anxiety, and the habits that had controlled my life for years.

Every workout gave me something addiction could never provide: a genuine sense of achievement. Exercise helped clear my mind, improve my mood, build confidence, and create a positive routine. On difficult days, a walk, a run, or a workout became my therapy.

Recovery isn’t just about stopping a harmful habit—it’s about replacing it with something that helps you grow. For me, exercise became that replacement. It taught me discipline, resilience, and patience. It showed me that progress comes one day at a time.

Today, after 9½ years free from alcohol and ni****ne, I’m grateful for every step, every workout, and every challenge that helped me become stronger—both physically and mentally.

If you’re struggling with addiction, know that recovery is possible. Start small, keep moving forward, and never underestimate the power of exercise to help change your life.

I’d spent years healing and trying to understand why I accepted unhealthy relationships, so ending up with a covert narcissist felt deeply confusing and defeating. When the mask finally slipped, my nervous system completely crashed. I couldn’t sleep, stop overthinking, or make sense of what had happened. I felt trapped in a constant state of stress and emotional exhaustion.

Desperate to feel normal again, I tried everything — workouts, running, journaling, yoga, coaching — but nothing seemed to calm my body. I was already practising cold water therapy occasionally, but after working with specialists in trauma and NPD, I was encouraged to start doing it daily.

Within days, I finally slept again. Slowly, I felt my nervous system begin to settle. More than anything, cold exposure taught my body that I was SAFE, even in moments of stress. It became one of the first things that genuinely helped me feel regulated again.

I know there’s a lot online saying cold exposure is “bad for women” or “re-traumatising,” but that simply wasn’t my experience. I’m not saying it’s for everyone — I’m only sharing what helped me during one of the hardest periods of my life. Not everything you read online is factual. 💧❄️

Stob Coir’an Albannaich and Meall nan Eun

You were a testament to our stamina and endurance with hail, sunshine and some rain thrown in however we smashed it 🗻those views were worth every step

11.96 miles with 4,860ft elevation, moving time 6hr 12mins and total time 7 hr 39mins

I feel photos and videos never do these views justice!! they must be experienced in real life to appreciate how spectacular, magnificent and soul lifting they really are ❤️🗻

If your mind is telling you ‘You can’t!’ have a word with it and remind it that ‘YOU CAN!’ Our mind will give up before our body will. On that last ascent my mind was certainly trying to trick me and I had to keep reminding myself that I can do it 🙌🏻😎

“Sometimes all you need is 20 seconds of insane courage — just literally 20 seconds of embarrassing bravery — and I promise you, something great will come of it.” — We Bought a Zoo

At one time this jump would’ve caused me a lot of anxiety and some fear. I’ve worked on this over the last few years taking some jumps and building confidence.

Take small steps to overcome those limiting beliefs and eventually you will build that confidence and believe in your capabilities

Disclaimer: always know the water, your confidence in the water, the effects of cold water exposure. The water can still be cold in the summer and you can still get the dive reflex effect. Be aware, be safe

Why anyone would leave a barbell at the top of Ben Lomond is beyond me 🙄 but what else are you going to do but sn**ch and overhead squat 🤣🤣🤣

This was a repeat for me but it was definitely a far more relaxed, enjoyable, energetic, and fun experience with the most amazing women ❤️

Remember, if you just keep taking that one small step at a time you will get there ⛰️
