We are excited to announce details of our 2026 Summer Retreat day🧘‍♀️🧘🌳🎵🥙. On Sunday, 28th June, at the beautiful in Yalding, Maidstone, Kent, 10am-3pm. Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in a day of holistic
wellness as we ‘Flow into Summer’ at this Yoga & Sound Retreat Day.
This Retreat Day offers a unique blend of grounding breath work, dynamic and yin yoga, relaxing crystal sound bowls and free time to enjoy the beautiful grounds at Kenward Place, or even visit the adorable alpacas on site. Lunch ( not included) is available from the onsite cafe and can be ordered at the beginning of the day. We will finish the day with a hips and shoulders workshop, where you will learn myofascial release techniques along side dynamic yoga drills to develop your yoga practise.
