PTA Nature Photography Competition

Our nature explorers were busy over half term trying to perfect their photography skills. We were stunned by the quality of the entries we recieved.

We are delighted to share the winners with you:

1st Place - Barnaby in Beech Class - 'Ladybird on a Leaf'

2nd Place - Chloe S in Sequoia Class - 'The Aquarium'

3rd Place - Hordii in Sequoia Class - 'Squirrel in Action'

💜 Sports Day 2026 - The Braywick Way!! 💜

Brilliant activities to get us moving, a bit of healthy competition, family fun and real community spirit with the whole school coming together to celebrate.

Thank you to all the parents who have shared their positive feedback and thank you to our partners in crime in the PTA committee who pulled out all the stops to make it the highlight of the school events calendar!

A huge thank you to Bray Cricket Club for hosting us and to our PTA for organising some brilliant entertainment and food for our families to enjoy.

Over half term our PTA launched a nature photography competition, inspired by Sir David Attenborough.

The children of BCS certainly did not disappoint, it’s a very tough call for Mrs Robertson to pick a winner!

One thing is for certain, we have some excellent young photographers who have captured some amazing images of the natural world.

Today we welcomed everyone back to school after half term and the children were delighted to discover some new additions to the Adventure Playground.

We have had some amazing play sessions today exploring the new sensory wall and the performance stage - plus rediscovering old play equipment that has been sorted and rehomed.

We have also given the dressing up a good sort out and now have some excellent stage props to give our playtime performances the extra WOW factor they deserve.
