Perfectionism , or striving for it, is something that I see frequently in the Therapy Room. Untangling where that comes from is my work- and supporting a safe space for the client’s acceptance of their whole self . It’s not a ‘mess’ , it’s life in all its complicated form. Above all the core belief to strive for is - Every single bit of us is loveable and valuable and worthy of connection with others.

Boy wonder has chosen fish and chips for Christmas lunch and I’m going with it … why not!
