Unfortunately the 28 day pose challenge is going to have to be cut short due to injury please know I'm incredibly sorry id never encourage students to practice on injury so as a teacher I need to lead by example
Earlier this week I fell on my right arm this is the same arm I fractured the elbow of last year the fall triggered the muscles surrounding my elbow to be very irritated an inflamed after a few days in a sling I'm now out but still sore unfortunately this fall has set of golfers elbow the best treatment is rest so that what I'll be doing . Thankyou to my students who have moved classes an for the understanding I'm only human hoping to be back within the next week to ten days but for now I recover

Cove yoga is having a HUGE well needed glow up there will be changes to the structure of classes including monthly memberships becoming a thing. I will be opening up a handful of slots for one to one classes, new logos new websites.bare with me it's a working progress. By the end of February everything will hopefully be ready to launch. Once the baby yogis are back in school and settled I will be head down focused until then namaste 🕉️

It's been just over a year since I've taught for one reason or another. In that time I've been qualifying in other yoga techniques working towards getting a 500 hours under my belt I've also qualified in mediative breathwork. Over the next 4 weeks you can expect more yoga content and a huge rebrand. Keep your eyes peeled I look forward to teaching again 🧘‍♀️🕉️
