Last week we received our 2026 KS2 SATs results, and we couldn't be prouder of our amazing Year 6 pupils. Congratulations to you all on your hard work, determination and resilience. 🌟

We're delighted to share that 100% of our pupils achieved the expected standard across all areas, compared with 63% nationally.

A huge well done. We wish our Year 6 leavers every success as they begin the next exciting chapter of their journey, you should all be incredibly proud of yourselves!

RESIDENTIAL DAY 3

A much needed nights sleep and more acceptable wake up time saw Year 6 tackle their final two activities: Trapeze and Air Rifle Shooting.
Year 6 first conquered their fears of heights with the daunting Trapeze which saw all 12 of them climb to the top and jump off, a huge achievement!
Air Rifles gave us a chance to end with a calmer activity in the shade before having some lunch and enjoying the final moments together.

It's been an absolute pleasure to take this group of fantastic individuals away.
I've loved every minute and I'm sure it will be a memorable experience for them all for many years to come.

Goodbye Year 6, you've been amazing!

Have a great summer.

Gardening Club had the pleasure of hosting Cheryl Herman from the Norfolk Gardens Trust Committee and the parents, for a tea party, so they could see the school garden. The Gardening Club have received an educational committee grant which allowed them to buy three metal beds, with money spare to spend later. Mrs Warnes arranged this to celebrate all of their hard work and to thank Mike and Deborah for all their support with the club.

RESIDENTIAL DAY 2

After a late night (don't mention the football...) and an early start (most were up by 4.30am! πŸ™ƒ), Year 6 enjoyed a jam-packed day of 5 activities, beginning with canoeing. A very enjoyable paddle down the river amongst the wildlife was followed by pedal go-karts before lunch.
After some much needed sustenance, we tackled the climbing challenge before shelter building in the much-welcomed shade.
Our final activity saw Year 6 brave the Cave Bus, a fantastic activity involving an old bus repurposed with 350ft of tunnels!
Hopefully, the group are suitably worn out for bedtime!

A drop-box link will be shared with all the photos as soon as I've organised them tomorrow!

Wow!
What a fantastic time Willow Class have had at Banham Zoo.
We managed to get round most of the animals and enjoyed the safari train.
We were very lucky to see the giraffes and tiger up close too!
Behaviour was exemplary with a number of the staff and members of public telling me how brilliant they were.
Thank you for having me, Willow.
It's been a fantastic day.
