Last week, our Year 5 children had the wonderful opportunity to visit a local Mandir as part of our RE curriculum.

The visit supported their learning about Hinduism and gave them the chance to explore the Mandir as a place of worship, learning more about Hindu beliefs, traditions and symbols. The children were fascinated by the beautiful artwork and peaceful atmosphere and they asked thoughtful questions throughout.

It was a truly valuable and memorable experience that helped bring their classroom learning to life. A big thank you to the Mandir staff for such a warm welcome and for making the visit so engaging for our children! πŸ™βœ¨

Year 3 Trip to the Tower of London –Friday 24th April πŸ°πŸ‘‘

Last week, our Year 3 children enjoyed an exciting trip to the Tower of London as part of their English learning linked to The Royal Rabbits.

The children had the fantastic opportunity to explore the historic grounds and learn about its fascinating past. They were amazed by the Crown Jewels, enjoyed seeing the impressive armour and weapons and loved discovering more about life in the Tower long ago.

One of the highlights of the day was meeting actors in role, who brought history to life and gave the children an interactive experience that they will not forget!

The children were brilliantly behaved and represented our school wonderfully. They thoroughly enjoyed the day and returned full of excitement and new knowledge.

A huge thank you to all staff and volunteers who helped make the trip possible! πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘
