Reception had a wonderful time today for our Global Goals day.
They learnt all about life on land. Exploring habitats around, finding safe spaces for wildlife, making hedgehog hides, sorting leaves and learning about water permeability.

This week children have been deepening their Oracy skills. Sharing ideas and listening to what others have to say and responding to their ideas is an important part of being an effective communicator. Children in Reception are adept at using these skills in pairs, Talk Partners. This week they have extended to practicing in 3’s, Talking Trios
