Welcome Back to School!
We hope you are all having a wonderful summer and are looking forward to the start of another exciting school year at Northfield.

To help children settle back into school, we would like to invite families to our Transition Drop-In Session on Tuesday 1st September from 3:30pm to 4:00pm. This is a great opportunity for children to pop along with their parent/carer, say hello to their new teacher, and have a look around their new classroom before the term begins.

Children will return to school on Thursday 3rd September, with learning starting promptly at 8:40am.
A few important reminders:
✅ Please ensure all uniform items are clearly named, including socks and shoes.
✅ Children should bring a named water bottle to school every day.
✅ If your child requires sun cream, please ensure it is clearly labelled.
✅ Don't forget to book school dinners on Arbor before the start of term.
We are looking forward to welcoming all of our children and families back and can't wait to begin another fantastic year of learning together.

Thank You, Mrs Spellman
On behalf of the Northfield St Nicholas Primary Academy community, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mrs Spellman for her remarkable 17 years of dedicated service.
Throughout her time at the academy, Mrs Spellman has made a lasting difference to the lives of countless children, families and colleagues. Her commitment, kindness, professionalism and unwavering support have helped shape the school community and create a nurturing environment in which pupils can learn, grow and thrive.
Seventeen years of service is a wonderful achievement, reflecting not only loyalty and dedication but also the positive impact Mrs Spellman has had on generations of students. Her contribution to Northfield St Nicholas Primary Academy will be remembered and greatly appreciated by all who have had the privilege of working with her or learning from her.
We wish Mrs Spellman every happiness and success for the future and thank her sincerely for everything she has done for our school over the past 17 years.

What an absolutely amazing afternoon! The Year 6's took part in an epic water session on the field. We were all absolutely soaked and there was nothing but smiling faces from start to finish! Well done Year 6 only one day left!

What a lovely sunny afternoon on the school field for our Summer Special. The children enjoyed rounders, dancing, parachute games, our conga, and playing with friends from across the school, such a happy end‑of‑term celebration!

Year 1 had an amazing time at Africa Alive! We saw lions, rhinos, giraffes and lots of other fascinating animals 🦁🦏🦒We were so impressed with how the children represented our school. What a lovely end of term treat!

🌍⚽ A Colourful World Cup Celebration! ⚽🌍

Today, our school was filled with colour, excitement, and pride as our children came dressed in their countries’ colours or kits to celebrate the World Cup! 🎉
It was wonderful to see so many different nations represented throughout the school, with pupils proudly wearing their team colours or shirts. Our face-painting station was a huge hit, with children choosing from a fantastic variety of flags from around the world! 🎨🏳️
