Please everyone - sign and share this..its sooo important. Many children are not getting the recognition or support they need in mainstream schools, which is vital to their education and wellbeing due to lack of training and awareness from school staff sadly, but let's get that changed!

Before the launch of the Institute of Teaching and the publication of the SEND Review, the Government must commit to making knowledge of SEND essential for all teaching staff. This should be reflected in ITT CCF, the ECF and all NPQs.

Bit delayed in posting but over the summer holidays we enjoyed walks at Lound Lakes & Blackheath Woods, trips to playgrounds/parks, a fun day at a Messy Church session, attending one of their birthday parties, play, visit to Redwings Horse Sanctuary and Fritton Owl Sanctuary, garden play, games, tv/tablet time and some baking! A fab few weeks with 3 families!

So today with all 3 children on a half term day we went for a lovely walk through Blackheath Woods to Pakefield Park for a picnic, some ball play and more of What's the time Mr Wolf game in the glorious sunshine! Sadly the time went very quickly as a shorter session today :( but we all had a great time and it was a fun first outdoor adventure with family 1! 😊🌞🙂

Had a lovely half term fun day with the 3 children in the sunshine in the garden after they started the day with some colouring! They had fun on the trampoline & slide, playing ball and in the afternoon after a picnic lunch and story time in the shade, we all enjoyed games of - "beans", musical statues and what's the time Mr Wolf!! Great summer fun day altogether! :)

Over the last few weeks after school pick ups the children have enjoyed free play, stories, reading, homework practice of spellings & times tables, garden play, games, hide & seek, swimming lessons and MOST importantly all of the 4 children (aged 5-8 years old) successfully learning how to use my phone and what to do if ever in an emergency situation! So pleased and proud of them all :)

In the Easter Holidays we had fun of Easter chocolate crispie making, play, walks to the beach, woods and park and Easter colouring/design competitions!

The last week of the lockdown 3 homeschooling has consisted of Mon - Literacy, Numeracy and some more Topic of Animals for the youngest - today continuing with which animals are Herbivores, Omnivores & Carnivores as well as an online game of guessing the animal by hearing the sound.
Tues - Literacy, Science (with the eldest discussing the eating part roles of our bodies), R.E (with the youngest about Baptism and the Christian symbol of the Cross) and Topic discussion of her animal habitat project , ending with some play and first dinner time with them which was successful! :)
Weds - hi ho....its off to work we went for the rest of the day....more successful one to one homeschooling with the 2 again today - literacy, maths for both and some science/topic for the youngest continuing her animal theme, where she also enjoyed thinking of & moving like some animals as part of P.E! Free for all play before dinner to end the qeek with family 2!
And Friday - collection of the 2 of Family 1 from School followed by an afternoon of exciting fun playtime altogether before dinner - was so lovely to see them again after a long couple of weeks - perfect way to end the week!! 3 happy smiley children 😃

Realised its been a while since I last posted on here so thought its about time....had a lovely past 3 days with my newest family with the 2 older little ones with lots of homeschooling, won't lie has been tough at times but we achieved and they have both worked so hard! It's been a mix of live lessons and one to one support with me, covering Literacy, Phonics, Numeracy (some basic maths calculations with the youngest and fraction work with the eldest - adding, subtracting, simplifying and converting with mixed fractions too!), R.E and some Topic with the youngest of Animal categories which has been interesting and fun, I must say - even I learnt a couple of things! So proud of how hard they have worked and concentrated! :)
