We would love to welcome prospective families, current families and members of our local community to come and see what makes our school so special.

Last week, our Robins and Kingfisher classes enjoyed a fantastic day at the National Watersports Centre.☀️

The children had a brilliant time taking on the Sky Trail, enjoying a round of mini golf, and cooling off with some kayaking in the sunshine.

Our nursery children are so excited to start Reception, where they will get to wear their school uniform and bring their book bag to school every day!

We have loved having the children in our Little Owls class and watching them grow throughout the year. After a year filled with fun and learning, we know they are more than ready for this exciting next step.

We still have a few places available across the whole school including in preschool, so if you are looking for a place for your child, please do get in touch. We would love to hear from you and show you everything our wonderful school has to offer. 💙📚🦉

⭐️ A big thank you to the Sutton Bonnington Show Committee for their generous donation towards our new bike shed at Normanton on Soar Primary ⭐️

We would also like to thank everyone who organised the logistics and helped build it over the weekend.

This will help provide a safe and secure place for pupils to store their bikes and scooters, and encourage more of our pupils to cycle to school. Just a few finishing touches remain before it’s ready to use, including planting the roof with beautiful flowers 🌸🚲🛴

On Monday, four of our Robins children attended the Equals Trust Girls Can Code event at Nottingham Trent University. The girls had a fantastic day working with university staff and various industry professionals, developing their coding skills and creating their own computer games.

A fun and inspiring day for all involved – well done, girls! 👏💻🌟
