After the success of his Big Winter Roam, Caleb in Year 6, took part in the Big Summer Roam this August, walking for Cats Protection.
Caleb walked just under 30 miles and raised a fantastic £73.75.
There were some really hot days in August but it didn't stop Caleb's determination to get out and walk as much as he could.
Well done Caleb, you did a fantastic job!

EXCITING NEWS!
We are thrilled to be able to share some very exciting news.
We have a silver medalist and paralympian Richard Potter coming to visit the school on 25th September.
On the event day, all pupils will take part in a sponsored fitness circuit run by their Richard, a terrific way to get all children excited about sport and realise that getting moving is really fun! Richard will then share his incredible sporting journey, a story of resilience and determination in a fun and interactive assembly. There will also be an opportunity to ask any burning questions in a Q&A session with their inspiring role-model at the end!
Fundraising for the event will begin next week when the children will be bringing home a sponsorship form. The money raised for the event will help us to purchase new sports equipment and improve levels of physical activity in our school!
Please support us in this fundraising event by clicking the link here and donating or using the paper sponsorship form coming home this week https://sportal.greatathletes.org/events/25808/promo

Year 3 have had a great afternoon in their French lesson.
They learnt how to greet someone and ask them their name.
Miss Minister also introduced Pierre to the class too.
Very proud of all the children.

We have had a great first day back with the children.
We would like to welcome all parents and carers into school tomorrow (Thursday) at 3.10pm to informally meet their child's class teacher and have a look around the school.
Please collect your child from their classroom door and then make your way in once all the children have been collected.
