Looking back at the Elite Meeting in Bucharest 🇷🇴 , I feel incredibly grateful to have met so many experienced instructors from around the world. It was truly inspiring to learn from such a dedicated and knowledgeable group of people.
The meeting’s theme of trusting our students and being “brave” when setting both short-term and long-term goals offered a fresh perspective. Over the past month, we have implemented these ideas in our Centre and have already seen the positive impact they can have. By encouraging students to take a more active role in setting their own work and goals, we have noticed increased confidence, engagement, and ownership of their learning.
Thank you to all the fellow instructors I had the opportunity to meet, learn from, and share experiences with. The experience was both inspiring and humbling, and I look forward to continuing to build on the ideas and connections from the event.
