When the initial reaction to this post is, 'Oh, yeah, I've heard all this before', one can be fairly certain that whoever says it has not experienced it. A couple of examples of this would be the tourist who goes up to a masterpiece in a gallery, takes a photo and walks away saying they've seen it. Another might be the person who goes to the local church every Sunday calling themselves a practising Christian. I'm sure you can think of more and better examples. If there is any doubt, let me assure those folks, if you've had the experience - you KNOW it. If you haven't, then you are suitably primed for it (although one might need to do a little preparatory work). One of the biggest stumbing blocks is that it all appears to be a lot of work, hard work. This is catagorically NOT true. Once a person has decided 'to give it ago', even for a short time of, say, 3 days, the process has begun. The beauty of it is that it is self-perpetuating. It (the desired experience) will UNFOLD all by itself in exactly the way it is meant to. There are no special exercises, no books that must be read, no practices, no ceremonies necessary - it unfolds in a way that is bespoke to you But that's not to say that one simply does nothing, but somehow one knows intuitively what to do and when to do it. Place all negative thoughts to one side for the time being, they can always be picked up again later if desired, generally they simply evaporate or something will happen to make it possible to disolve them quite painlessly. The best advice would be to keep the whole experiment/experience private - very private until such time as the desired conviction is strong enough to deal with the 'world's attitude'. By that time nothing will dissuade you from your personal journey. You'll discover that everything you need will come to you at the right time and in a way that is comfortable. And if you feel things are happening too quickly, simply ask for it to slow down to give you time to absorb and adopt it and it will do so. Have fun with it, enjoy it. It's the most exciting thing that will ever happen to you. Let me know how it's going. I'd love to hear about it. Later........ 'WART'

This is a message to all those who are suffering, related to relatives and close friends who are dying.
None of us ever dies, it’s simply the body that is in a natural process of decay. When we ‘die’, we simply leave the body (and the Ego behind) and return to a higher state from where we continue our personal evolution towards… well, whatever is one’s original intent.
There have been some most interesting recent scientific discoveries that water has memory. The implications are far-reaching. See Water Memory (2014 Documentary about Nobel Prize laureate Luc Montagnier) - Bing video
Here’s the hypothesis.
The body has no ‘mind’ of its own. It simply does what it is told but complications occur when the messages from the Mind are in conflict,.e.g. (message from Mind to Brain) - ‘I believe in the power of positive thought’ and at the same time saying, ‘But it never seems to work for me.’ The negative cancels out the positive.
Conclusion. Strengthen the positive and eliminate the negative consciously. Practice until the negative ‘thought form’ has been starved and like a tic drops off and decays back into the ether from which it was created.
So, how does this work? Simple 😉.
Messages are transmitted from Mind to Body in the form of vibrations. By tuning into the frequency of the problem using ‘Resonance’, humming, chanting, whatever, and raising the vibration consciously, the body will respond and continue to work until further instructed.
This does take practice. It’s not easy and can sometimes require persistence but it does work, just as the ‘ancients’ have always said, and scientist are proving.
There’s one study where a frog embryo was subjected to a certain sound frequency and when it became fully formed it had become a salamander. (sorry, I don’t have the reference to hand at the moment).
The argument that some diseases are hereditary, in the DNA, does not invalidate the hypothesis.
Again, see Nobel prize winner, Luc Antoine Montagnier’s findings that DNA can be recorded (and potentially recoded) in vibrational form, transmitted halfway around the world and reconstituted (and verified) under controlled conditions. See the link suggested.
This is not just possible but is provable.
A logical next step would be to alter any defective part of the DNA by subjecting it to a higher frequency or eliminating it from the DNA strand.
That’s the science part, as I understand it, but how does that help us, sitting all alone in our apartment when it comes to pain, discomfort and the process of the body breaking down?
Learn to become a ‘hummer’.
If you’re not into meditation in a big way, don’t worry about it. Tell yourself, ‘I’ll give it a go for the next three days and if nothing appears to be happening, I can always go back to my old way of thinking.’ (actually, you can never go back to your old thinking because the seed of another idea, the ‘thought form’, has been created and will grow stronger and help you the more you ‘feed’ it).
With that intent in Mind, start humming to yourself while you’re doing other things. It gets to be quite addictive and fun. It also gives the outward appearance that you’re enjoying yourself.
Here’s the significant part. Whatever it is that you are humming will have been chosen by your subconscious mind because it instinctively knows what is needed and communicates it to the conscious mind. It will somehow ‘feel’ right.
The vibrations caused by the humming run through the body and fire-up all necessary body-chemicals needed to start to repair the problem.
That’s it. It works.
Don’t take my word for it. Pay attention to synchronicities around you for the next couple of days and you’ll find one thing will lead to another until you’re convinced that it is either true (for you) or not.
Of course, you may have got this far and have decided that it’s all a load of Mumbo-jumbo in which case you have slammed the door on an opportunity to learn, experience and understand something quite magical. But don’t worry, the Universe can never be defeated. It will find another way to attract your attention and will continue to do so until you listen.
Good luck & remember to say, ‘Thank you’ when it happens.
Blessings – ‘WART’

Don't know why this hasn't received more publicity, but this fifty-foot sculpture was unveiled recently in South Dakota.
It's called 'Dignity' and was done by artist Dale Lamphere to honor the women of the Sioux Nation.
