Natasha Earl was born and raised in London.

Burlington Nannies & Maternity Ltd specialises in placing exceptional nannies, maternity nurses, governesses and household staff with discerning families across London, the UK and internationally. Having studied Theatre and Performing Arts, her dream was to work in the theatre. However, having worked in hospitality and retail during her studies, she found her niche in recruitment. Her career began in High Street recruitment before she briefly became a Head Hunter in Rec to Rec. Not enjoying the bullish techniques used and preferring a more gentle and personal approach to recruitment, she decided to open her own Nanny Agency in 2004. The business has grown from strength to strength and Natasha prides herself on the role she plays within Burlington Nannies. She is open and honest and has built up a good rapport with both clients and candidates. Natasha is at the forefront of Burlington Nannies and when you speak with her you will see she is personable, nonjudgmental and approachable.

Burlington Nannies is currently recruiting two experienced professional Rota Nannies to join a warm and down-to-earth family in Kensington.

This is an excellent long-term opportunity offering a genuine two weeks on / two weeks off rotation, caring for three children — an 11-month-old baby and two school-aged children aged five and seven.

£65,000–£85,000 gross per annum DOE
2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Private bedroom & bathroom while on duty
ASAP start
Two positions available
Driver essential
International travel required

We are particularly interested in hearing from experienced nannies who are confident with both babies and school-aged children and who enjoy working as part of a collaborative household team.
Previous rota experience is strongly preferred.
Fluent English is essential, with French, Spanish or Russian considered an advantage.
