In our new workshop - The Superhero’s Path - we draw upon the archetypal hero’s journey in our immersive sessions that place pupils as the protagonists in their own stories, encouraging them to look to the future and take control of their destiny. We believe we are the authors of our own fate. Our aim is to help each pupil unlock their unique pathway and start their journey by setting their sights on a goal. Our workshops develop:

individuals capable of overcoming real world challenges to realise these goals. In The Superhero's Path students are led on a journey of self-discovery. Through storytelling and guided meditation your students will develop an awareness of their goal; opening up their path. They are then confronted with their biggest obstacle, which in turn they will learn how to overcome in order to achieve what they've set out to do!
All of our workshops are delivered by Josh & Josh; the co-founders of Cape Abilities. Josh Solnick is a freelance creative writing workshop facilitator who specialises in the use of comic-books and rap music to engage children in storytelling.
