🌙 **10 Muharram 1448 AH | The Day of 'Ashura**

The Day of **'Ashura** is one of the blessed days in Islam.

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

> **"Fasting on the day of 'Ashura, I hope Allah will expiate the sins of the previous year."**
>
> **— Sahih Muslim (1162)**

✨ **Recommended Sunnah**
• Fast on the **10th of Muharram** together with **either the 9th or the 11th**.
• Increase your Qur'an recitation.
• Make sincere du'a and abundant dhikr.
• Give charity and perform righteous deeds.

🤲 May Allah ﷻ accept our fasting, forgive our sins, and keep us steadfast upon the Qur'an. **Āmīn.**

As we welcome a new Hijri year, let us renew our intentions, strengthen our faith, and deepen our connection with the Qur'an.

A new year is not just a change of date—it's an opportunity to grow closer to Allah, seek forgiveness, increase in good deeds, and make the Qur'an a part of our daily lives.

📖 Allah says:

إِنَّ هَـٰذَا الْقُرْآنَ يَهْدِي لِلَّتِي هِيَ أَقْوَمُ

"Indeed, this Qur'an guides to that which is most upright."
(Surah Al-Isra 17:9)

🤲 Dua for the New Year

اللَّهُمَّ أَدْخِلْهُ عَلَيْنَا بِالْأَمْنِ وَالْإِيمَانِ وَالسَّلَامَةِ وَالْإِسْلَامِ وَرِضْوَانٍ مِنَ الرَّحْمٰنِ

"O Allah, bring this year upon us with security, faith, safety, Islam, and Your pleasure."
