Yesterday brought our Three-Day Ladies' British Etiquette and Empowerment Course in London to a close, a rewarding few days centred on confidence, awareness, and an understanding of British social and professional life.

Our final morning focused on British dress codes and the skill of dressing appropriately for each occasion. Even as formality evolves, knowing how to interpret an invitation with care remains a mark of respect and good judgement.

We then turned to hosting and guest etiquette, exploring how to move with ease through different occasions, from informal gatherings to more structured events, with a sense of calm and consideration for others.

The course concluded with the presentation of certificates, followed by afternoon tea at Brown's Hotel, a fitting and very British way to mark the end of our time together.

It was a pleasure to see such warm connections form over the three days, with ladies from three different countries coming together, each bringing their own perspective while sharing a common intention to refine and grow.

Today, on our Three-Day British Etiquette and Empowerment Course, we focused on one of the most practical and enjoyable areas of etiquette, dining.

We looked at how to feel at ease in a range of settings, from more formal occasions through to relaxed lunches, with an emphasis on quiet confidence and awareness rather than perfection.

In the afternoon, we put this into practice with a three-course luncheon at The Ritz Hotel in London. It is always a pleasure to teach in an environment that reflects the standards we discuss throughout the course.

Our signature three-day ladies’ etiquette programme is once again underway this week, held in the heart of London at the distinguished private members’ club, The In and Out Naval and Military Club in St James’s.

We are delighted to be welcoming an international group of ladies joining us from Zambia, Romania, and the United States. It is especially meaningful to host a mother and daughter attending together, a truly elegant and memorable way to share such an experience.

Today, we began with the foundations of polished introductions and refined social and professional presence. Particular attention was given to the art of conversation, guiding our clients from light, effortless exchanges into more meaningful and engaging dialogue, always with tact and quiet confidence.

The afternoon was devoted to deportment. We explored how one carries oneself through posture, movement, and composure, understanding that presence is often communicated long before a single word is spoken.

Tomorrow, we turn our attention to business and social dining etiquette, culminating in the opportunity to practise these skills in one of London’s most luxurious settings, The Ritz Hotel.
