So I want to do everything in my power to bring awareness to this issue.

What is sure is that we can all everyday empower the women around us in some way. Let’s support each other!

Also, we can’t do it alone and there are more men supporting us than the media and a misunderstood feminism try to make us think. Together we are a team.

Little Joys of January

I usually kick off the year by traveling… somewhere far and sunny! But this time, I felt the need to stay in Ibiza. To lay solid foundations for the start of the year. To not travel, come back, and suddenly feel rushed into summer without a solid plan or strong routines—because when that happens, I end up reacting to life instead of intentionally responding to it.

I decided this year will be memorable, so I’m being intentional about it. I’ve got life and business projects that need both planning and bold moves, so here I am: planting seeds and making things happen.

This month has been about health, fitness, well-being, relationships, and business projects. About enjoying the little things while, behind the scenes, working on the big ones.

“So, what if, instead of thinking about solving your whole life, you just think about adding additional good things. One at a time. Just let your pile of good things grow.”

This quote really sums up what I’ve been exploring with my clients over the past few weeks—how to feel better, happier, and more in control of their lives.

I know, the self-development world often tells us to make big moves, take risks, or completely reinvent ourselves to find true happiness. But what if that mindset is exactly why you’re feeling overwhelmed and stuck?

Believe me, the best way to start enjoying your life isn’t about quitting your job, moving to a new city, or finding the perfect relationship.

It’s about adding good things to your life, one at a time.

Imagine your life is like a glass of water that’s a bit too muddy. Instead of dumping it out and starting over, you can slowly add fresh, clean water. With each new drop, the muddiness starts to clear. Little by little, the good things you add will make everything feel clearer and lighter. Refreshing, isn’t it?
