Plenty of time to apply!!
BSS received support from British Council East Africa for the project and made a dream project a reality. So glad I did it and connected with wonderful artists in the process. The grant was a stepping stone to the next level of which I'm planning for next year! So please grab this opportunity and apply! It's worth it.

Recovery from the brilliance of Sunday's fest complete!😂
It was such a great day and huge congrats to the team for organizing such a buzzing event. Can't get over how busy it was!! I mean, there were queues to get into the building!

Was really proud to chat endlessly about the zines the from es Salaam and produced and exchanged lots of ideas and suggestions for future plans with other creatives. Already thinking ahead to 2018, heheh!

Once again, big shout out to team at the for their super support of and BSS' awesome project partners (32º East | Ugandan Arts Trust, Iniva - Institute of International Visual Arts, OOMK Zine & ) who all made it happen.

Finally, to all the artists involved, you've been beyond great. Your work showed just a small part of the vibrancy and creativity that makes up the visual art scene in East Africa...👏✌️✊👊... People even want to know where your zines will be shown next...ummm...👀😄
