If you’ve seen me speak on stage before, you’ll know that I went through one hell of a journey to become the iteration you see today - a journey that included “being professional” so that people would take me seriously.

Because I got given some really s**t advice which was…

“If you want professional people to work with you, you’ve got to present yourself as a professional” 🥱

No one took me seriously though, because no one noticed me - because I was dulling down all the things that made me stand out.

So instead of increasing my follower count & my bank account, it was RAPIDLY decreasing.

And it wasn’t until I ran away to TikTok and accidentally went viral and became an influencer that I realised that the more ME I was, the more success I had.

And that, my loves, was the birth of the concept I now call ‘Being An Influential Founder’.

Not an influencer, but someone who naturally has influence in their industry because they stand out from the noise.

So if you’ve been dulling yourself down and trying to be someone you’re not, please stop trying to ‘fake it til you make it’…

Ever feel like you’re banging your head against a brick wall when explaining your offer?

1️⃣ Speak to your audiences wants - the things they’re googling, asking AI or stuck on a loop thinking about late at night

2️⃣ Speak using buyer language - aka stop using fancy words that make you sound smart but take way too many mental calories to burn

3️⃣ Use red language to connect with the pain your audience is experiencing, and green language to connect with where they want to be
