Last term, our Sixth Form students met with Climate Ambassador Alfie Erfan from the Department for Education to discuss sustainability in schools.
They shared ideas on improving climate education, including more cross-curricular learning and outdoor activities, which were well received and will be passed on to the Minister of Education.
Lower School Geography and Eco-Club students also took part in a Q&A session, asking insightful questions and sharing their ideas. A really inspiring experience for all involved

Our Year 13 student leadership team signed the Kingsbury High Prefect Book, continuing a proud tradition dating back to the 1950s.
They reflected on their time as Sixth Form leaders while adding their names to Kingsbury High history.
A big thank you to them for their hard work and dedication over the past two years — we wish them every success for the future!

As part of National Careers Week last term, we were delighted to welcome Alan Brooks, Senior British Airways Captain, to Kingsbury High School. ✈️✨
He delivered inspirational talks to Year 10, 11 and 12 students, sharing his journey into aviation and the importance of motivation and resilience in achieving goals.
A huge thank you to Alan for inspiring our students!

Last term, students from both the Upper and Lower School took part in a clean-up at Roe Green Park to mark Earth Day.
Earth Day has been celebrated globally since 1970 to support environmental protection, and our students played their part by helping to keep their local park clean and litter-free.
A fantastic example of teamwork and commitment to sustainability, well done to everyone involved!

We were delighted to welcome Climate Ambassador Alfie Erfan from the Department for Education, who delivered an engaging and informative session on sustainability.
Year 7 and Year 9 students, along with our Eco Club, explored the importance of sustainable living and how individuals and communities can help protect the environment.
The visit sparked thoughtful discussion and inspired students to think about how they can contribute to a more sustainable future.
